Payment Mode
What methods of payment does Enya Beauté accept?
We accept all major credit and debit card payments including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept cash payments.
What is the payment currency?
We only accept Singapore Dollars.
What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in Singapore Dollars.

Where can I apply my promo code?
You may apply your promo code in the field at the bottom of the checkout page.
Where can I apply my promo code?
Promo codes are not applicable to all orders. Do make sure to read through the Terms and Conditions applied to each promo code.
It may be due to the following reasons:
- Promo code has expired, past its validity period.
- Promo code cannot be used on items on promotion.
- Only 1 promo code can be applied for each order.
- Promo code can only be used once.
International Shipping
Can my order be shipped internationally?
All sales are final and strictly no cancellations are allowed once payment is received.
Shipping charges
Do you do multiple-location deliveries?
Yes, we do! There is a delivery fee ranging from $15 for each location. If you would like to opt in for this, please write in to hello@enyabeaute.com.
What are the shipping charges?
For orders below S$100, delivery charges are S$15.
For orders above S$100, delivery is free!
For deliveries to Sentosa, Changi Airport and Airline zones/houses, there will be a surcharge of S$10. Please contact customer service at hello@enyabeaute.com.
Do you have an express option?
Please contact hello@enyabeaute.com and we will advise whether we can get your order to you in time. Please note that an express fee of 20% of your order amount will apply. Standard delivery charges still applies.
Delivery Period
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Shipping and delivery will take 3-5 business days.
What are your delivery timings?
We deliver your package from 9am-10pm. If you require a specific timing, please contact us at hello@enyabeaute.com
Return & Cancellation Policy
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issues?
You are only allowed to return purchases under the following conditions:
- Item received is defective or different from the product stated in your order confirmation.
- Item is in its original condition, sealed and unused.
- Enya Beauté is unable to provide you with the original purchase made.
- Return has been authorised by our Customer Service officer.
Do note that you will be refunded in the form of Enya Beauté Store Credits, which will take 2-3 working days to be processed.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final and strictly no cancellations are allowed once payment is received.
Under what conditions will I be able to exchange my products?
You may contact us for an exchange if the item received is defective or different from the product stated in your order confirmation.
Exchanges must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Item is in its original condition, sealed and unused.
- Exchange has to take place within 30 days of receipt.
- Exchange has been authorised by our Customer Service officer.
*Does not include minor vacancies in colour or placement. Product may vary in appearance depending on device being used to view this website.
Self-collection
Do you offer self-collection?
Yes, we do offer self-collection. You can opt for this option under the payment page. Pick up location is 2 Kim Chuan Dr, #08-05 CSI Distribution Centre, Singapore 537080.
What time can I collect from your office?
You may collect your order from 11am-6pm from Monday to Friday.
